Mixing Tips for beginners?
« on: November 27, 2012, 09:01:01 AM »
I'm about to mix my very first project and I honestly have no idea what I'm doing.  What are some tips, tricks, things to keep in mind, things you wish you had known when you started?

I'm a mixing-beginner too~
But for me, it helps a lot when I try to mix the vocals along to a vocal-rip from the song n__n

As time consuming as it is, it's always easier for me if I time all my files together and then just save them one by one, this way they're timed to music and to each other. It takes a while but it makes things a lot easier for me in the end. :)

I could talk about so many things, but It would end in a 300 page book; I just don't have that kind of time xD. But I recommend using Mixcraft ^^
